Sourced on granite soils in St Hyppolit and more alluvial soils around Bennwihr (with a small part from clay/limestone soils around Bergheim) the citrus-colored 2015 Riesling has a clear and elegant nose with ripe fruit aromas, like lemon chutney, intertwining with fine earthy flavors. Full-bodied, intense and juicy, this is a dry, elegant, piquant, pure and salty Riesling with good grip and structure.
