Disgorged in November 2019, Geoffroy's 2006 Extra-Brut Premier Cru Mill??sim?? Terre is showing nicely, offering up an autumnal bouquet of golden orchard fruit, quince, toasted almonds, honeycomb and dried orange zest. Medium to full-bodied, rich and fleshy, with a voluminous mid-palate and a pinpoint mousse, it's sapid and mouthwatering, suggesting interesting gastronomic possibilities.
