One of the richer wines in the lineup, the 2007 Brut Premier Cru Cuvee Grand Cellier d??Or is surprisingly bold and powerful in this vintage. There is plenty of richness in the glass, but less of the trademark Vilmart sensuality. Dried pears, flowers, Chamomile, sage and Rosemary are some of the nuances that linger on the finish.
