Tasting Note
A restrained and notably floral nose combines notes of green apple, citrus zest and wisps of lilac and mineral reduction. The sleek, intense and overtly stony middle weight flavors possess a lilting mouthfeel; indeed it's almost delicate, while tightening up on the youthfully austere, very dry and sneaky long finish. This is a Perrières of contrasts in that the mid-palate conveys a sense of finesse while the focused backend is noticeably powerful. - (Burghound)
