This limited-edition sake, created to celebrate its 400th anniversary, is named after the Zen saying, "The green mountains remain unmoved, the white clouds come and go as they please." It's made with "seven strings of cash and twenty strings of cash."
It boasts intense aromas of cantaloupe and peach, interspersed with subtle notes of citrus and fruit seeds, and a delicate chrysanthemum fragrance.
Pairs well with oysters, seafood, and sashimi.
